I began my home buying journey in NY however, life had different plans for me and I decided to switch gears and come to New Jersey. This decision was frightening for me because I did not know any reputable realtors in New Jersey and did not want someone that was just after a commission check! So one day after speaking with an NY realtor that I trusted; he recommended Teikesha Hubert! and this referral was the GREATEST THING ANYONE COULD HAVE DONE FOR ME. As everyone knows, becoming a first time homeowner/buyer can be very nerve wrecking, especially if you are a very indecisive person like I am. However, Teikesha made this process a smooth one. From the initial home counseling session we had via zoom, I knew she was the realtor for me. Not only was she personable, but also extremely knowledgeable. She took her time and listened to my questions (and I had ALOT of them). No question was ever too dumb. Throughout the journey Teikesha was patient, kind and HONEST. She even was my therapist at times lol. When I was overly anxious due to this crazy housing market, I would literally call her 1000 times, then text her 500 times and then email her 100 times lol she would always answer, even on her days OFF! Never did she once push me to the side and treat me as if I was a nuisance. She understood me and was always able to calm me down and reassure me that everything was going to be ok. We searched HIGH and LOW all over! from South Jersey to North Jersey. If she wasn't able to make a showing she sent out a member of her team to make sure I was able to see the properties I wanted. No location was ever too far because she wanted to make sure that I found the best location and home that had everything I wanted within budget; since I am also picky in addition to being indecisive. Which led us to looking at new construction homes and little did I know Teikesha was the NEW CONSTRUCTION QUEEN ! After deciding on doing a new build, she walked me through and explained floor plans; where the stove, fridge, gas lines and etc would be as if she were the builder herself! She worked with my schedule and was up bright and early with me (since I work over nights) right by my side as I chose all my housing finishes. If that isn't the definition of dedication and "buyer satisfaction" I don't know what is !. Long story short I ended up closing on my first home(new construction) with Teikesha and my blue box by my side! I cannot put into words how much I appreciate her! and if I could give 100 stars I would. Teikesha you WERE MADE FOR THIS and thank you for helping me through this journey!

Teikesha Hubert is the best! I randomly found her on social media after I saw someone post about her in a group and contacting her was the best decision I could have ever made! From the first day that I contacted her, she responded quickly and set up a consultation, assessing my needs and discussing options for me based on what I described. As a first-time home buyer planning to move from New York to New Jersey, I was nervous, but she immediately put me at ease, assuring me that she had made a similar journey from NY to NJ herself! Throughout the process, Teikesha was attentive and sent me listings that fit my wish-list, while also helping me keep perspective about what was possible given my criteria. Teikesha was a staunch advocate for me during the offer, appraisal, inspection and closing process, going above and beyond to help me meet a personal deadline and I truly appreciated her tenacity and diligence in making sure that all of my needs were taken care of until I signed on the dotted line and claimed my home as mine!
